Verion wireless help please
I need a way to get a signal strength survey done in my area so we can get a tower and have our phones work. I spent over 1 1/2 hr. yesterday talking to 2 different c.s. reps. and got no where. Thanks, John Kissel

Re: Verion wireless help please
When we had trouble with AT&T coverage I finally had to take a picture of their advertised coverage map and go into a true AT&T store (not an ‘authorized retailer’) along with a call log showing numerous brief calls to recognizable land lines and they agreed to request a survey. It probably helped that several neighbors did likewise but all we got was we’d been added to a list of areas needing more towers. We got fed up and switched carriers.

Re: Verion wireless help please
This sounds healthy. We need collective complaints about the quality of communication. After all, if one person complains, then the rest are satisfied with everything by default. This means that there is no reason to change anything. The second option is to change the telecom operator, if it is convenient.

not sure if this is what you are looking for but look at the website SIGNALBOOSTERS.COM---they go into an in-depth discussion of how to measure signal strength as well as how to correct it---FED 387

Re: Verion wireless help please
I went to a genuine verizon store a little while ago,I interupted the 2 women who work (?) there making an appointment. They went to ask the store manager who they told me he could help. He basicaly told them, he doesn't know and make me go away, I thanked them for reminding me why I pay $300.00.each month.I'not done, I just got to find a lineman near by as they know of the problem. In the South there is a saying for such people and problems, Just Plain Sorry. John Kissel
