Wild Horse Pass not to be torn down per WHP executive

During our WHP SUMMIT ET Series Banquet The Rep for WHP entertainment said that as long as they bring in good revenue the track will stay and not be torn down per what we saw as prototype landscape drawings depicted.

I sure hope that's true. Of course it depends upon their definition of "good revenue".

Don't forget about the amount of noise a track generates.
I don't think hi end Condo's and town houses will get along with anything that generates a lot of noise. JMHO
Good luck!

Good luck!

I really do not see how it could coexist with their new development!

Just like NHRA was going to sell Atlanta so they could improve their other facilities but work to keep it as a drag strip and keep their National event to support their loyal fan base. Yea, right....

Its funny how many miles and acres the Gila River Indians have to use, yet they choose to put project on land that is already developed. If its the lake they want thats easy to make.

Look not possessing a crystal ball 🔮 please forgive me for not prognosticating positively or negatively on the future of WHP... instead let me suggest that we all do our part to support a successful return to action at this facility. I for one will be there every chance I get, my hope is as many of you join that effort as possible!

Up here housing has crawled practically up to the back door of Spokane county raceway. And this year its closed. Our track bought their computer. And spokane is on the reservation. We almost lost Renegade some years ago and the reservation toyed with making it an airport for their casino. I havent been around spokane enough to know about its management.

It was announced today that the Arizona State Fair will move to WHP and take place October 7 to 30, 2021. What are the chances the Division 7 event that was scheduled for October gets moved/cancelled?
