I was a subscriber last year also. When I mentioned the $60 discount to her she asked where i heard that and said that's not the case. :confused:

Have no idea why I got $60 off. Just checked my visa statement and was billed $69.99. Sorry. Didn't mean to open a can of worms on this.

Nancy sent me a code and it did not work.

I emailed her and she asked for my phone number to walk me through it.

We went through the procedure and it worked fine.

She said there was a problem with the code on their end, they thought they had fixed it but she just wanted to be sure.

I was impressed with the extra time she took to be sure I got my discount (25%).
