Sacramento National Open Doubleheader
 

Don't believe it has been posted on here, but Sacramento Raceway is having a double National Open event June 26-28 with a Test and Tune on Friday. 2 Separate events and grade points Saturday-Sunday. Unlike years past, there won't be Jr. Dragsters or E.T. Bracket classes being run in conjunction with the event, should make the pits far less crowded. Thank you for posting this information. I had heard about the double national open, but it's good to see it officially. Do you know if they will be parking on Thursday?

No. Can't get in until Friday morning and even then, only if you're doing test 'n tune or racing both days. If you're only racing Saturday or Sunday, then it's an 8am entry the day of your choosing.

Just passing this Caltrans information along for some of the Bay Area racers that might want to use Route 12 to Sacramento Raceway.

Caltrans is scheduled to perform an additional full highway closure at the SR-
12/Mokelumne River Bridge on the following dates and times;
• 44-hour full closure – starting at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, through 6:00 p.m.
on Sunday, June 28, 2020, to complete the final polyester concrete overlay,
matching the bridge grade to the roadway grade.
