I'm sorry you had to withdraw from it, but I signed up for it (as I'm sure you saw by now), so thanks Mark. I wanted to be sure that Leroy Duran was in the field since he posted about an opening around the same time you put up your post. Once I saw he was able to get in, then I thought I'd go for it since I haven't run this race in awhile. I hope to see you either in the Tucson, or 'Vegas points meets?

Hey Gary....glad you were able to get in.

Even after I posted that I was planning to withdraw I was surprised that not a single person responded. Actually, I still haven't withdrawn and if I can kick this flu that set in last week I may still be able to drag my junk over there.

I just saw that, and I hope you get better quickly. However, four people may have been concerned about this Saturday's possible weather, because there's only 51 of us in the set field, however the closer to Saturday we get, the better it seems for when we'd be running, so I don't know????

If you are well enough to make it, let me recommend that you take exit 138 for the New stretch of 202 that goes from I-10 and 59th Ave., southeast to where it reconnects with I-10 just 1/4 to 1/2 a mile north of the tracks main exit. It should save at least 15-30 (possibly more) minutes as opposed to taking the 10 through Phoenix. I hope to see you there Mark.
