2020 Rule book
 
Is the 2020 rule book free again this year?
I found one on NHRARACER.com but I can't down load it.
I believe I got my "book" last year on NHRA.com.

The paper rulebook that used to be included with your NHRA membership, has been something that you have to pay extra for for several years now. Of course, they make up for that by giving you the "Fan Guide" magazine!:rolleyes:

Yes, my membership is up to date.
By rule book, I actually meant the electronic version.
Last year I found it on NHRA.com., free, because I was/am a member.
