Dutch Classic schedule
 
Other than the gates being open on Thursday, is there,
typically, any racing going on?

Terry, they haven't even confirmed the Keystones yet, maybe tommorow we will know, but some times there is t&t and record runs there on thursday, but who knows

National Dragster ad shows a track operated test & tune in addition to record runs for stock and super stock on Thursday.

That is correct, the track operated test and tune is from 10AM - 4PM and records can be set in Stock and Super Stock. There is a $75 entry fee for the test and tune.
