Dallas International location

Any one remember where the Dallas international track was located? I remember going there with Dad when I was young 68/69? I guess it wasn't open long

It was on the NW side of Dallas, Lewisville area, right next to I-35. There is nothing there anymore, shopping plaza and apartments. The property was worth more to developers, you can't even tell the track existed today. There are man made waterways and etc all through there now.

I collect odds and ends from the track when I can find them. I have the car that was well known for it's transmission explosion in SS there at the Finals in '69.
