Bo Butner a Class Act
 

Watched the Mellow Yellow Awards Banquet on You Tube last night & Bo was a Class Act!!! 1st of all he Thanked God & also spoke briefly about Racers for Christ which no one else did that I saw. 2nd he spoke of being sober for 10 over years a major achievement for anyone!!! 3rd he spoke alot about Sportsman Racing & Stock/SS which was cool!!! Also I didnt realize he leases his car & engines from KB, I just thought they gave hime the ride!! I hope to see Bo win many more Championships!!!

In 2008 I was in Columbus at the Jegs Sports nationals. Just built a 2003 Cobra blower motor car for stock and I didn't really know much about the A/F ratios to run and so on. Walked over to Bo's pits cause at the time he'd been running a blower motor car in comp and I wanted to ask him some questions. He didn't know me from Adam. He not only helped, he had 1 of his crew guys go to the fence and watch my car to help even more, I was shocked. We will always being pulling for Bo!!!

I watched a video of his speech at the banquet. He is a cool guy. He seems very down to earth and definitely a friend of the sportsman racers. Great to see him as the champion.
