2 Step vs Powerbrake

How many leave off the 2 step vs power brake? What is the benefit or detriment in either? I've been 2 stepping but am wondering if power brake is a better way?
Thanks
Rich

I'm not sure if this is a trick question or not.
But simplest answer is try it, if your time slip
improves great if not return back to what you
were doing.

I was more concerned about any damage it may cause to the engine

Re: 2 Step vs Powerbrake

I foot braked for 16 years until I got my Camaro and then switched to 2 step but thinking about trying foot brake to see if my RT will be more consistent. I'm thinking that if I can hold the correct RPM it should be more consistent since the 2 step varies by around 200 rpm (according to data log). I'd like to hear others thoughts or experience.
