Last year the NAPA store in Morgantown Pa was selling vp. I know they had c12. Not sure about any others.

Just checked with Jeff Stricker and VP will be sold at:

Napa Store in Morgantown (108 S Mulberry St, Morgantown, PA 19543)
or you can pick it up (Can't be delivered to the track) at
Roadrunner Race Fuels in Mohnton, Pa (2645 Welsh Road. Mohnton, PA 19540).
