E mail scam div.1
 

Just got an e mail from Someone posing to be Kenny Moses This is what was sent. Hi,
I thought i could reach out to you to help me out,I made a quick trip out of the country for a conference, Unfortunately i got Robbed on my way back to the hotel room. All cash,phones,and credit cards were stolen.Thanks god i still have my life and ID with me,I need your urgent help to sort out the hotel bills before my return flight.

I got that same one with my nephew's name on it. i had to turn to him and asked what country are you in.

Yes, his email was hacked. AOL is aware and so is our bank. Thanks for letting others know, I also posted it on FB in case people didn't realize he was home in his jammies and not out of the country...lol

Glad you guys know about it. My e-mail was hacked while I was racing at Epping last season. I panicked and called the banks and all credit cards no one seemed to really care, said if I saw an odd charge just give them a call. Makes me wonder how much they just write off, one way or another we end up paying for it, just like shop lifting no big deal but we all pay!
I can only imagine what's being sent around in my e-mail name...

Keith I got one about you being in trouble in some 3rd world country for not play a strip club bill. I figured you probably been in worst you'd be ok. Love ya man. Have a Merry Christmas

Sorry Robbie that one was true I went through all my money there had a heckuva time trying to get home
