Best bracket carb builder and 4150 or 4500
 

Looking for carb recommendations for a indy headed 433 inch amc bracket car 10.5 to 1 solid lifter cam .608 lift 255 and 260 @ .050 turbo 400 with 8 inch 5k converter and transbreak, 4.10 gears and 28inch tires on gas. i've been looking at prosystems, apd, blp although i'm open to any advice this will be a no-e car but where i race they do allow the use of a 2-step and transbrake.although it will be footbraked raced occasionally.

Everyone will recommend the carb builder they use and mine is Pro Systems. Been using and selling Patrick's carbs...4150, dominator and SV-1 for both gas and alcohol for the past 15 years. Everyone has been a bolt it on and forget it experience. I've also done back to back comparison comparing my Pro Systems 1250 Dominator to an APD 1250 Dominator and if I didn't tell you I swapped carbs you wouldn't know by looking at the time slip unlike the APD 4150, 1000HP I got earlier this year that will not rev, burnout or launch cleanly.

PRO-SYSTEMS is definitely a top pick i have a good friend and engine builder in kansas city who is a dealer for them and can get me a carb built at a decent discount. I've seen alot of apds on dragsters and almost no one local here runs prosystems so i thought i'd ask. I guess feel out a form and let mr Patrick James Decide which carb is best for my combo would be the easy way to do that.

On your recommendation i contacted Luke and he recommended one of there 950hp based carbs and had a very reasonable price. this is one of those points when i wish i could buy both and keep the better one.
