Well we have been home from our train trip to New Orleans for almost 16 hours and we are on the road again! We are going to get to the other side of Nashville and then stop for the night! Should be to the Rock by dark tomorrow !!

We are here!! They did not park today and when we got here all the road into the track was filled. So instead of staying out on the road we squeezed in and are parked in the sand! Nobody was giving out numbers and it looks very disorganized. Those of you arriving overnight, I have no idea where you will go unless someone comes out and directs you somewhere and I have not seen anyone.


We immediately went down to find Joe and Alice when we got here for our evening cocktails. And Jeff Teuton will be pleased to know that we drank from proper stemware. Looking forward to seeing Jeff and Mrs. Carolyn here tomorrow! We saw a trailer from Connecticut and a Division 5 trailer on our walk up to the Tysingers! Looks like there will be people from all over here!


Oh, anybody coming in from Charlotte down 74, the traffic really sucks there!!


Well more tomorrow. We are supposed to start parking at 9!

I heard that some of the congestion is due to the roundy round dirt track guys having a big event across the road.

Tim, there is not a round track race here this weekend!

Today was test day. Took 3 runs to get the car to hook! Hopefully it will be better tomorrow!

I haven't taken any pictures yet! I left my good camera at home (along with my long pants and pills)! The weather was beautiful today and is supposed to be all weekend!

59 cars made the first run in stock this morning. Lots not making full pass. Jim Marshall may be #1 at 1.10 under!!

Stock qualifying sheets after 2 runs. Teuton is in B/SA and Couris is in AA/SA. Wrong on sheets.
