Randy Payne racing in Stock at Indy
 

Randy former member of the Platt & Payne Ford Drag Team is racing a U/SA 1960 Chevy wagon at Indy. Today was the first time he sat in the car.

Yeah, that smile is like a Cheshire cat: he's probably remembering something from long long ago in his teen age years that took place on prom night in a station wagon...

Did you tell him how to tune a Chevy up real good Jack? The Ford guys need to know that the distributor is in the back of the motor, not the front.

Congrats to Mr Big Stuff for qualifying at The Big Go.....it's nice to see a true Hall of Famer in the drivers seat... I have followed this car for years ......
