More than sorry to say we have lost Bill Pomponi
 

Bill Pomponi, racer ,owner/crew chief, father, grandfather, and supporter of sportsman racing and the All Star Racing Association has passed away unexpectedly. Bill and his son Bill were racing with us this past Sunday. Bill was an endeared member of our racing family and a close personal friend of myself and many. The arrangements are not yet finalized. I will post the info as soon as it is available.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Pomponi family. Bill was a great supporter of Drag Racing and he will be missed. May he RIP.

Had the pleasure of meeting and comparing notes with Bill when we both ran H/Stick. A true gentlemen. My condolences to the entire Pomponi family.

Our sincerest condolences to the Pomponi family. It was as much a pleasure, for me, to get to meet Bill over the recent years and have a face to the name, as it was for my father to re-connect and share some memories from years past. May he rest in peace.

my condolences to the Pomponi family. I have had the pleasure of Bills company at my shop many times , and I always enjoyed listening to his take on things. we all will surely miss seeing him at the races, and B.S.ing with him. R.I.P. Bill.
