MWSCS Opener Saturday!
 

The Midwest Super Comp Series will open it's 2016 season at RT66 Raceway in Joliet, IL on April 23rd & 24th. At 9:00.
Note. These are two separate races.
Enter at Gate 11 (south side of the track) you'll need to pay a test and tune fee at tech and spectator admission fees at the gate. ( the MWSCS will collect a entry fee later) the last of two time time trials, closest to the index always gets lane choice.
We start our 100% payout with first round winners, usually draw 25-30 cars and usually pay $1000 to win plus contingencies from Autometer and others
You do not need to be a member to race with us. We hope to see ya there!

Saturday's race was stopped @ 5:00 by the track officials
( one of our racers split a trans cooler which took some time to clean up)
The remaining three racers, Pat LaMont,Pete Daubner and Larry Bershausen split the money.
Sunday's race saw reigning champ Chad LaMont put on a driving clinic
Winning a very close finish line duel over Larry Bershausen
Then posting a perfect 8.900 in the final to defeat Pete Daubner.:eek:
