Live from Bowling Green 2 day combo.
 

Chamber of Commerce weather greeted the Stk/SS racers at beautiful Beech Bend Raceway. The entire complex has been repaved while gearing up for the Sportsnat's to return HOME. In combo 43 cars qualified and Nick Morris defeated Jeff Dona in the final. Stephen Belanger driving uncle Chuck's Nova stocker was the lone semifinalist. The weather in mid afternoon was 85 degrees, 30 percent humidity and 29.67 barometer. Today's race will start within the hour and racers are looking forward to another beautiful day. Gotta love these combo's, no additional 20 dollar pit vehicle insurance surcharges to pay...

Over 40 stockers qualified for Sunday's race and Gary Summers was numero uno in U/SA at -1.45 under. In the final round TC Morris in his 04 GTO stocker defeated a breaking out Johnnie Raikes in the ex Kenny Morris Gran Am Superstocker.
