New Book - Sox & Martin: The Most Famous Team in Drag Racing
I will admit, I'm biased. I conducted the content edit for this book. But with that let me say this. You will never find another publication that captures the entire career better than this book authored by Jim Schild.
It's all in here from Ronnie street racing his old Fords in the 1950's thru his last year in 2005. What about Buddy, ya say? Buddy, Dave Christie and the family of Jake King provided MANY never before seen imagery for this book. Team Sox & Martin was on board for the project. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/161...f_rd_i=desktop http://i63.tinypic.com/2vsn8k0.jpg |

I've got a copy on order. Can hardly wait to get it. Should be a very good read and a great addition to my library.

They almost signed with another car manufactor, but Sox and Martin asked for 2 daily driver vehicles and that company would not give each of them one. That changed Drag racing history big time.
