Turbo 350 shift kit suggestions
 
I'm looking for suggestions on shift improver kits for a turbo 350. This is not a race car so not interested in a full manual and teeth rattling shifts on part throttle shifting but firm to hard shifts at full throttle would be the ticket. Thanks Doug

I've used both B&M and TransGo at different times.Either one seemed to work equally well.If you don't want neck snapping shifts,leave the 1-2 accumulator spring in place or replace it with one from the kit.

Superior, or Fairbanks. Been using them for 30 years.

I would also recommend the Trans go shift kit. The instructions are well written and it is easy to install. The kit also has different stages to taylor to your needs. You can buy on Ebay or any transmission parts distributor.

Transgo hands down. I've used B&M and Transgo and the Transgo is better. It doesn't slam into reverse or shift gears hard. B&M is much more aggressive.

Just drill the valve body spacer plate as shown in the image about 3/4 the way down the page in the link shown below.
