Re: Pontiac Trans Am For Sale
Evan-Just when I've thought that I've seen everything here you are hawking used cars-please let it up to the professionals.Also you forgot to mention-this must have been your wife's car as surely even as an employee of High Performance Pontiac magazine you would never , ever own a Trans Am . All kidding aside , this car really needs to be on E-BAY or another big for sale site as it sounds like a very nice, clean auto that still has plenty of life left. See you soon.................

Say Ev:
A buddy has all of the HPP's but doesn't want to sift thru them all. Do you know approx what year you wrote the Biondo/Montieth story? You know, for my scam.....( ! ) :-) |

Re: Pontiac Trans Am For Sale
Jeff,
The T/A will run under in the right conditions. Would need to be in Alaska or on that frozen road with the Ice Truckers, though traction would be an issue there. Give me -5,000 feet and it would go the index. See you in Chi-town on Thursday. Jack, I make a terrible used car salesman. I will take your advise and the car will be on eBay next week. Hey, I had two '69 Birds and a '71 GTO back in the day. Evan |
Re: Pontiac Trans Am For Sale
Evan--Excuse me but I think "Back in the Day " is reserved for use use by folks who are over at least fifty years of age................and yes I have applied for membership in AARP.

Re: Pontiac Trans Am For Sale
Evan;
If I buy it will you give me documentation that Joe Bachagalupe ran the car in SS so that I can flip it at BJ for big bucks? Ed See you at the Grove. |
Re: Pontiac Trans Am For Sale
Not only did Joe B run this car, but Arnie Beswick drove it to a world championship in 1967 and then the car was bracket raced through the '70s at Englishtown by an unknown racer who nailed down many track championships, then, of course, it was passed on to "The Snake" who campaigned it in Funny Car in the '80s. Amazingly, it was later driven to a road racing title in A/Sedan before being put back into it's current configuration as a stock 1995 Pontiac Trans Am. Maybe I should ask more than $6,000 or best offer?
