Safety clutch 2.08 superset
 

Hey guys, I bought a trans recently and it wasn't what the guy told me it was. Took it apart and found out I cannot use the internals. So I'm wondering if anyone here could use it???

ATI part number: 206710 2.08 helical superset safety clutch assembly

If someone here wants it, I'll throw is a PG spline hardened input shaft, a solid trans mount and both trans and flexplate shield.

I have no use for this as my application really needs a 1.80 straight cut planetary. I am willing to do some trading.

**EDIT: I was able to get some research in on the safety clutch. Seems ATI hasn't sold one of these in over a year saying that allowing the 3 speed into these types of classes has slowed the need for the safety clutch. With that info, I am pricing this as a gear set and input shaft sale. I will ship you the entire unit and you can do with it what you will.**

$650 OBO and you get the gearset, safety clutch which includes a hardened out put shaft, the input shaft, solid trans mount and the shields.
