Been a while but its nice to get back on the road. Sitting at the Walmart in Idaho Falls watching some football with our good friend Terry Hembree. Took the summer off racing. Seems like forever since we've been racing. Time to update the equipment. Freshened Charlene's motor and bought another motorhome. Just racing one car this next weekend's doubleheader. Weather is looking great. Looks like Charlene and I are going to split the driving duties. Me drive an automatic? Damn! Driving a car with only 2 pedals! LOL. Should be a lot of fun. Heading to the track tomorrow. Test and tune on Wednesday. Good to get back on the track.

Woohoo! Made it to the track. Third in line. Temp set up camp in parking lot. From what I'm told we start pitting tomorrow at 9.

Bob if you have never been there before most of the stock and SS guys pit in the circle track its peacefully until everybody starts to warm up and make laps around it. Usually took me about 10 laps to get mine warm. Welcome back and good luck this week.

Yes James we are pitted in the oval. A few class cars as of now in the oval. We're pitted next to Don Thomas and Terry Hembree. Byran Setters is here as well as Tom Gaynor, Gary Swenson, Grant Singer, Mike Graham, John Cooper, Butch Walsh. And it's hot.

Its test and tune day and its warm here. I get to make a few passes today to get me used to Charlene's car. As of now the conditions are 25.74BP 79.4T 26.8H 6863DA and 5MPH headwind. Test and tune starts at 2 and goes to 8.

Bob . take a lot of pictures for those of us who have to stay and work they relive the pressure of work . Charlene can take the pictures if she is not racing .lol

A few cars made runs today. Obviously the conditions affected performance as most racers were very slow. At worst today it was 89.2T 25.70BP 7576 DA. We made 2 runs an all was good. Ran 7 tenths under. In these conditions was happy with that. I'll post qualifying sheets and pictures Tommorow.
