AFTER they spent the hours tearing the engine down. Why not measure that stuff first?

Any one know what method they used to check his wheelbase. Do they have some sort of a fixture to go from center of spindle to center of the axle. Or did they just use a tape measure. Years ago mine was checked with a tape. Not real accurate. I passed though

Politics????? S/S was mine shaft condition and not 1.20 under that means NO horsepower on Monday.

In Chicago for allstars, they had a fixture that sat on the wheel and had a good point to measure from on it. At the Atlanta national earlier in the year they also did a random check on all super stockers if I recall correctly.
