I saved a 66 Impala from the crusher
I saved a 66 Impala from the crusher, 283 glide. Sat since 96 was inside till last year in a shed. Got it running, but now what do I do with it, got to many cars already. Is there a market for a 4 door post car, not beatup but has some rust. Looked at it a little more today rust just around the back glass would not have to replace the whole panel, all the glass is good, windshield has a big chip. 73000 on the speedo, blue with black inside. This car was sold new by Ray Lambert in Pierce NE, I got it from the son of the original owner. He said he has the title. I going to look at the brakes and do some service work. But mite drive it around a little. Tom

Also a great first car for a new teenage driver. Yes, it doesn't have anti-lock brakes or air bags but it isn't powerful enough to get them in trouble and is big enough to keep them safe in an accident. Also inexpensive and without the computer it will allow them to learn the basic of auto maintenance and ownership. |

Give Danny"The Count" in Las Vegas a call. Might be something he wants to restore.

Rob Bihl was looking for a body to put his drivetrain in. You could try to contact him on this forum.
