Anybody "Live" from Boise??
 

Just wondering if any of our "cohorts" out and about, will chime in with any goings on from the first divisional of the year out here in div 6 at Firebird Raceway near Boise??

Danny if Bob or somebody else doesn't chime in you can still use the new live timing feature. They must not be running quite yet because the link is currently showing yesterday's test and tune but should go "live" soon...

Not there this year but talking to friends there the word of the weekend is lots of rain. Raining there now. They got the test and tune off yesterday. And yesterday the DA was over 5000 feet. I'll be in Fontana for both races and will do some reporting there.

The weather forecast that I saw for this weekend is NOT drag racer friendly. I know they can change quickly, but was showing good weather for Sunday only. Good luck to all that made the trip and I hope the race is successful.

It's wet and pouring.
Rumor mill is they may cancel the race and reschedule.

I am at Boise yes it is raining doesnt look like we will get much in for this weekend. The test n tune yesterday had great Weather. I made 4 passed testing stuff. The da was in the 4000 to 5000 range for the tnt. About 10 stockers and a couple of SS cars tested. Not much to report here yet. They just called it for the day.

Wish they would make the decision soon, before I get on a plane to go sit in the rain! Lol

Well the ground is dry and they called the bracket cars to the lanes. Looks like we may get a run in today. The Weather is a little better today except for the wind which is what is drying the place out.

3 time runs in today no rain. 36 cars in stock. 29 SS. Alan Messer was #1 qualifier. There are 2 heads up first round Bill Bushmaker and Earl Snow in I/SA. Todd Gale and Dave Barcelon in H/SA.
