Live from VMP
 

The 2 1/2 hrs trip from home was uneventful we pulled in around 1PM and got parked and thru tech. They where running a T&T yesterday and there was 1 on track incident as I understand a S/G roadster I believe was licensing lost control on the top end and crashed (bad) I heard the driver was OK . The weather this morning is bright and clear no wind yet but it was 35degs when I got up. We'll see what today brings.

Well its 12 PM and we're done for the day. We got 2 time shots and that's it, I which they'd run the first round today. They said weather is coming in tomorrow after noon? I came out of the trailer and run 10.94 127 make the correction taking 15 numbers out correcting for the earlier 94 and the weather but the wind has picked up pretty good probably 10mph. The second run is you guested it 10.94 this time at 125mph the joy of racing a square car.

Also TS,TD and comp get 3 shots today. We go straight in to 1st round tomorrow no time runs tomorrow except JR dragster.

We got a 3rd time run yesterday, I made the correction from the previous 10.94 and wouldn't you know it I'm rewarded with another 10.941 that's 3 in a row. We'll probably run an 84 first round. The weather this morning is overcast and 44degs no wind yet but its probably coming.

I pulled the car out to warm it up and it started to sprinkle. Its been raining pretty good for awhile and it's not looking to good for today.

Sunday morning and it's raining and 44 degs. The schedule is to start at 10 this morning but its not looking good. It rained much of the night with some thunder storms, It's a good thing the pits are packed gravel or we'd be in trouble. More later.

Thanks Robbie for the updates. No word from the S/SS guys apparently Kenny is under water.
