What Are Your Thoughts....
 

What are your thoughts about the incoming weather for the CajunNATS? It doesn't look very good. Not so sure I want to drive 800 miles to watch it rain. I have been four times but not for several years and this could be the last time I am able to go. What do you guys think? Jim

Come on over Jim... you know as well as I do, that they can do these races in 1 day... they get stretched out for the $$$$$$.

My thoughts... I only have one hundred miles to go. I wish they would reschedule this event. The weather looks like it's going to suck! So I will drive the two hour drive and when it starts raining, I'll just go home. This is usually the best race of the year for me.

If any of you looked at the forecast for the Gatornationals, it was 80-100% chance of rain EVERY day. And we got a few sprinkles one evening after racing was over. Not even enough to settle the dust.


We will see you all there for crawfish and shrimp (and a little racing)!

We've sat in the rain for 4 days and wondered if we should have stayed home...but really regreted not going when the forecast was wrong and we missed the fun.

We are leaving Tuesday from Illinois. When you travel a long way vacation time and a lot of planning enter in to it all. We have been to the Gators where they scrub class and push us around as sportsman for any delay at the Cajuns, the schedule is more flexible and there is not a pro show to bump us. Plus the friends, food and fun are all there.

I am on vacation. I don't care if we end up racing air boats across the bayou in the rain. We are going!

They are going to have TopFuel Harleys and Top Sportsman & Top Dragsters.
This is going to make things tight in scheduling + rain.......
I think with the weather forecast I'm going to stay home....:-(

There are not many of any of these cars/bikes. Sure, there can be delays, but that won't be the issue.
Bottom line, most that want to go end up going.
