23 TS Cars @ Gainesville running for a Championship

I know it is the wrong form, but I have both a SS & a S/ST car.
And it is all in fun :)

WOW Only 23 TS cars at Gainesville running for a World Championship.
I bet there would have been 60 Plus S/ST cars there running for a World Championship.

And if they had a championship class for bracket 1 ET cars they probably would have had 200 cars so what is the point?

Considering cost to build and run I would expect lower car counts the faster the class. Ask spectators if the would rather watch 23 really fast cars or watch 60 cars leave slow down then speed up. I think we both know who they would pick.

Nothing against Super Street just the way the world works.

if you want to know who can do this look at the top ten every year . The way to win the championship in any class is to spend the most
money .

Having 23 TS cars in Gainesville is no different than later in the season when everyone is so shocked about the car counts in Stock and Super Stock on the Western Swing! And those classes have run for a Nat'l Championship almost since the beginning.
