Anybody else have a hard time getting registered and getting access to the event registration site?

Just did one this morning. No troubles. Are you using an older version of internet explorer perhaps ?? On some secure sites, this can cause a problem... I had no trouble using FireFox.

For whatever reason, if you forget the http://, it doesn't work (although it did in the past).

I am talking about the process. First you have to download and print the forms. Then have them notarized and send them in. Then you have to wait for an email. Once you receive that it allows you to finish filling out the form. Then you wait for another email that has a link so you can establish your login and password. You don't receive that email so you have to call to find out what happened. She tells you it was sent check your spam. Check it's not there, call back she resends it. I get the email, I go to the link that takes you to the national event reg page. I put my login and password in and soon as I hit the login button they disappear out of the box. I try this several times same thing. I call back, she verifys my info everything is correct. Finally she says there must be something wrong with your computer. I tell her I don't think so. The next day I try another computer and two different phones same thing. I call back, she tells me I will have to call the IT dept. She also tells me that it's not showing any points for me I tell her it shows I have points on the NHRA site. You will also have to call your division office and get them to send them to her. I call the DO the lady there says you will have to email so and so because she doesn't do the points. All this to enter one stinking race.

that is part of the enhancements. lots of hoops to jump through. I did have an issue entering maple grove, would not allow me to get credentials, 3-4 e-mails later she sent it to me. a few of us had this same issue, so you might not be done with them yet, lol

No,I am not done I haven't even got to that part yet.

Just for grins I just tried to enter a National event and even though I haven't run a National in 3 years it still showed my current grade points and would let me enter. Suspect it's just another case of a IT department that is either inadequately staffed, doesn't have the necessary resources or ??? I've given up on live timing and even the audio cast.

Waiting as we speak for the IT dept to calle back. Any bets that I will have to call them first?
