Certainly not good. Wonder if they base the taxes owed on what they think the attendance was? Some promoters have been known to inflate those numbers to make their races seem better.

Don't get how the state can operate the track while this is getting resolved...if purse exceeds the gate receipts how do the payouts get done? Has always been one of my favorite tracks, definitely sucks. They have posted on Facebook that the racing will indeed continue as planned so if everybody wants to continue racing there they should probably support the track during resolution.
