Another Pacific Combo this weekend
 

Theres been some decent car counts recently at these Stock/Superstock combos that Pacific Raceways has put on. Any idea whos' coming,, I believe there was 32 cars at one of these. I plan on checking out the upcoming one on Saturday. The weather should be decent as today's and tomorrow's rain activity should move on out by then.

Yes there is a combo this Saturday at Pacific Raceways, it has been awhile since we had one. Jody Lang won the last one, but I think he is in Sonoma for the nationals this weekend. Are last race we did have 32 car field was are highest car count hopefully we will have that many again. The next race will be between the National and divisional race we should have a lot of cars at that one, some div 7 cars will be there. So hope to see you all there, stop by and say hi Danny. As far as who is coming the usual cast of characters should be there, I better text Mark Faul to remind him. We always have some of the top guys there like Faul, Burton, Lang, its a tough crowd come out and join us.

Mark Faul, Joe Sorensen (Woodburn, OR), Brian Weber, Norm Webber and the Gaynors are all hauling to Sonoma this weekend, but I expect this will be a great tune up opportunity for racers before the NW Nationals. Since the tech for that race starts mid week, we may see some out of state cars along with the usual field of strong local cars.

Danny: Always some awesome bracket racers at these events. Bring your wheels.

I was out there in May for the combo. Great group of guys,good racing! I was spectating, I was there with Vinnie&Jim Storms. How is the air supposed to be this weekend for it?

Can't predict the air, but Yahoo Weather says sunny and 81. With the rain over the last few days, water content will be up.

Weather is looking good for Saturday. I plan on being there all day.

Danny I hope we can hook up and visit for awhile.

The competition is always tough and races decided by inches.
Maybe Dave Barcelon will bring his nova, I haven't seen it in person yet.

Weather shows 79 for Saturday, should be real fast, we may be missing a few players that are at Sonoma, then again I believe were gaining a few, everyone bring friends an family Pacific Raceways has been giving us a great track. See you all Saturday.

I was hoping to have the new car done to make the last combo but body shop complications have stalled that plan so the last divisional at mission we"ll be my first time out in a long while.

Dale,, I'll be there with my "wheels",,, looking forward to seeing you.
Ron,, I'll be pitted with Mike Brown, with our Novas, and we should be close to Glenn and Donnie Paine and their Super class cars,, we won't be hard to find. By the way, you'll love Dave's '67 Chevy II if its there, a real clean piece.
James,, I'll be roaming around a little, so I'm sure I'll run into you in the lanes and catch up with you. I'm thinking the conditions will be okay,,, so good luck to all. I'm hoping to go some rounds too, its been a few years since I ran here, as I'm usually at Bremerton. See you all there.

Wish I was going to have mine there. haven't got it to run the # yet though. Just ordered a new set of gears.
