RUMORS that Yakima's Renegade may be following Spokane.

Re: Interesting stuff in the ole Division 6
Since Eastern Washington is solid Conservative Republican and Western Washington is Liberal Democrat, it's only fitting that the tracks be with different sanctioning bodies. Anyone who has been to the State of Washington can tell you that East and West of the Cascades are like seperate states.

1. The city of Seattle has a mayor that married his same sex partner. 2. The city of Seattle has a Socialist council member. 3. Same council member pushed the $15.00/hour minimum wage. 4. Same council member wants workers to take over their employer's businesses. 5. Seattle City Attorney was the second in line to purchase pot when stores opened. 6. The line of customers at the pot stores is longer than Starbuck's! 7. Illegal immigrants drive nicer cars than locals and subsidized by the state! 8. Less parking spaces and more bike lanes. 9. Although is open carry, I have been stopped 4 times by local cops because someone felt unsafe! By the way, the ones that complained were immigrants! |

Re: Interesting stuff in the ole Division 6
[QUOTE=Carguy49;437516] Is this just a rumor, or are there any true indications that it will happen?? You all know how rumors work. Renegade has been an NHRA track for as long as I can remember.
At the pre-season meeting the Renegade Raceway track operator talked about IHRA looking to expand westward. He didn't really say if they were looking into it seriously or not, but it was mentioned, and I wouldn't be surprised if they too followed suit. |
