Went over to Bremerton Raceway on the Olympic Peninsula for their National Open featuring a lot of great bracket cars. Two days of rain and one day of racing. What do you expect?

It sure is,, Dave. The name of the driver of the black Dart from Mission, BC escapes me,, but I believe the red '66 Chevy II is Bob Simms, the flamed Puget Sound Auto Repair S/P-S/G Camaro belongs to Rick Lamoureux, the Mustang is Sherry Barnett's, the red roadster is Dave Strobeck's, the flamed Firebird is raced by Neenah Gillespie and the Yukon Gear & Axle Chevy II is owned by Arron Spitzer. Dave Barcelon's stocker '69 Camaro and my '68 Nova were already ID'd by "Firesail" Dale. Thanks again for the great shots, Dale.

The black dart is Chris Stone. He, along with others, are racing down here until Mission is operational which I understand will be very soon.

I hope so, Ron. I'd love to tow up there later this summer,, perhaps for the Lordco event ( divisional), and try out the new surface. It was already my favorite track around the NW,, but for all the times I've been there, (since '74) I've never taken any of my cars with me. Time to change that, I think.
