pre-Rock test at Piedmont Thursday
 

For those looking to get in some quality laps before the Springs Nationals at Rockingham this weekend, Marco Abruzzi is looking at leasing Piedmont on Thursday afternoon. Testing would be 12 Noon to 4:00pm. Track will be prepped to the hilt like they do for the Big Dog cars, per Alvin. That'll give everybody plenty of test time, plus plenty of time to get down to Rockingham and get settled in.

Cost would be split evenly among everybody. $500 for the first 5 cars, +$50/car after that. (ie., if we get 10 cars, it'd be $75/car, or with 25 cars, $60/car, etc.) No charge for crew.

For those coming from the north that may not have been there before, Piedmont is an all-concrete 1/8th mile just east of Greensboro - pretty much right on your way.
