My good buddy , Tom Nolan, is currently held up in Las Vegas Hospital with a leg infection . I don't believe it to be ultra-serious, but anyway, he's probably bored as sh!t , so give him a shout / text . 403-350-7873

I just thought I would thank everyone in my little racing world for all the well wish's and prayers! Here is my story in a nut shell. I was walking up the staging lanes in Boise and my knee started to hurt, no big deal stuff hurts all the time for no good reason. Tibor drove my Ford to victory in stock and after we had everything put away and loaded up my knee was really sore. Hobbled into the hotel grabbed a couple of hours sleep then headed down the road back to Phoenix. I got to my hotel in Vegas and couldn't get out of the truck. Jumped in a cab to a urgent care place were they did an ultra sound to rule out a blood clot. The Dr. gave me a shot in the *** and some antibiotics.....said if it gets worse come back. Well by morning it was worse, so back to the urgent care place were a new Dr. looks at the ultra sound and says "dam" you got to go to ER right now you have an abscessed knee! In a cab to ER, they stick a knife in my knee and it explodes! Two surgeries and countless bags of IV antibiotics, a week in the hospital,no explanation of what caused it or why, the best explanation is I was in the hospital with my dad 3 weeks ago maybe it came in a hair follicle or scratch. I'm finally home walking with a cane. I should be back at work 1/2 days next week pending Dr. orders? Thanks again everyone, it was good to hear from you when I was in the hospital. Tom
