I saw a blurb about this in Hot Rod magazine. Apparently construction is well under way for road course, oval course and drag strip. It is an interesting concept in that they are trying build houses around a race track and sell them to the automotive enthusiast. Will it work?

Well, I bought my house exactly 3km's from "the fastest circle track in the maritimes" and I'm not a roundy round fan. I still think it's cool seeing all the trucks go by towing cars to/from the track.

I wish there was a track where I'm moving to this summer.....
