Am I hallucinating or is the NHRA charging me $10,310 to enter Gainesville? Has anyone else experienced this?

Whenever we 'get' to buy something else, someone always says, "Look, it's the cost of racing. There's so many other things to complain about. It's only $'xxx' more. If you can't afford it, maybe you should just quit racing." :rolleyes:

While it's obviously a typo, it does illustrate the point that a little bit here and a little bit there becomes a mountain over time. Boiling frog syndrome.
