I need 15x8 or 15x10 rears. Near centered.
And 15x3.5 or 4 fronts

Not sure what budget you have (mine is tight!), of if they absolutely have to be Weld's, but on ebay McCormack racing has the off-brand star-pattern wheels at really good prices, 83.99 for 15x4 and 93.99 for 15x8 plus 7.00 shipping each, or the Summit brand wheels are like 192. and change a pair shipped...I splurged and ordered a pair of fronts since the steelies I had were a little crustier than I thought...
