Hotel in Reading?
 

Good evening Gents, any good recommendation for a quality hotel(not too expensive I'm bringing four people) in the reading area near the track. The weather looks fantastic so we're leaving wed night. I appreciate all the help. Thanks. Claude Ruel

There's a Best Western in Shillington,Pa.
Bout 12 miles away, not that expensive either.

Hampton Inn, Ephrata, PA. About 25 minutes away. Not hard to find and about 2 miles off Rt. 222. Others in the Ephrata area also. Check out Lancaster County Dutch country.

Thanks Lew, I guess I took too much time to reserve because it's all booked up. ouch looks like 45 miles away is the only one. claude

The last couple times I've been to Maple Grove i've stayed at The Inn at Reading.

Not sure if any rooms are available, but it always seemed pretty quite and not at capacity.

Try calling the Red Roof Inn in Lancaster; on the Red Roof website it says call for availability, here is the number - 1-800-733-7663.
In the future, try the Country Inn Motel in Mohnton. It is the closest motel to the track, about 10 minutes away. Make sure you book your room well in advance because they always sell out.
