Former owner of SHOGUN/TUFF TOW INDUSTRIES
Bill was a true friend of our sport helping many racers including myself
Always thinking on how to improve the wheel !!! It was always very interesting to speak with him.

I remember speaking with Bill twice. He was a man with a great mind who knew how to use it. It is always a joy to speak with people such as he. R.I.P. Jim
