Just finished first-round qualifying up here in Brainerd. Beautiful weather and great traction. Plenty of cars and pictures. Will post later

32 cars went through qualifying one. Just finished qualifying number two in a few more cars came.

Final count for Sat was 34! Congratulations to winner Ben Line and runner up Glen DeMenge. A lot of close races and fun was had by all. Doug is going to win today for our 34th year wedding anniversary . He'll be in the dog house if he doesn't ! Lydia

What a fantastic day it was for racing Saturday! Very good car count to boot.Thanks to BIR and Glen for putting this combo on.If BIR did not run this combo the only time I would attend to watch Sportsman type racing would be the Divisional and National.Thanks to all the racers that show up for these combos,I know it takes a lot of sacifice and dedication.Congrats to Ben Line and good luck to all the racers that support these combos at the Nationals. Beware of that Big Green Wagon From Pierz.

The S/SS combo racing is a bunch of fun! It is very competitive as well.
