Hi I am redoing my headers and would like to know what a good collector length is? Thank You

Sorry I guess some more infro may help. It is a super stock 350/255 2900# 3 speed hope this helps

Hi Murph..I just finished dyno my 350-255 SS engine. I"m using a hooker 3 step headers with hooker collector and 11 inch extension on the dyno only. i switched to the burns collector and to my surprise no horsepower gain but a 3 pounds of torque gain made on average and then the 11 inch extension was added and no additional gain...
