I have for sale the remainder of parts from a 505 bbc left from an upgrade to a 565. We used the dart pro-1 bare heads and the crower rods for the new 565. The package includes a gm 4 bolt block, line bored with studs and partial water jacket fill. The block is bored 4.350 and has je pistons. There are about 80 runs on the pistons and cylinders and are completely useable. The eagle crank was reground to 10/10, indexed and stroke corrected when new to correct the eagle grind job. The intake valves, exhaust valves, springs and ti retainers are left from the 335 dart heads. The valves are manley severe duty. Crane ultr-pro lifters and camshaft (harold brookshire design- 288/296 @ .050-.775 lift with 1.7 rockers - 112 lobe sep- ground at lunati) go with the package. Package total is $2500. We also have moroso fabricated big block valve covers in very nice shape with the exception of welded up holes where the vacuum pump fittings were for $150. Contact me for pictures and specifics.
