62-67 Chevy II Front Shocks
Anyone running double adjustable shocks on a 62-67 Chevy II for Super Stock? If so, what brand? Bought what Afco has listed but it will not work and they say it is a mistake that they listed it. Sanhufs are a little too rich for me. Any info would be helpful.

Re: 62-67 Chevy II Front Shocks
I was wondering the same thing. I'm building a 65 ChevyII Post car, set up like a stock eliminator car. I don't like the porpoising of the frontend. Would like it to leave more like a good GT car. Go up, come down, one bounce to level. I saw a dbl adj shock somewhere that takes the tower out of the shock and puts it on a plate adapter. They were around $600 complete. I'll see if I can find it. It was a bolt in for a 62-67 ChevyII. Dave

Thanks to Darrin Christen for helping me out with the Afco shocks. Got them installed and ready to try them out Sunday at the CCRA combo race at Piedmont Dragway.
