Mr.Gilles for those who dont know is the chief designer and also the head of Srt. He gave an interview at the detroit auto show and said that Mopar is drag racing. He is a big user of twitter. I think for those of us who love class racing need to flood Mr.Gilles' s email with not only praise for supporting us, but maybe ideas to expand our sport and help his exposure.

I read it on yahoo auto. Just google his name it will show up. Seems to be a guy that is into many forms of racing. Not sure if he has been to an Nhra event, but think maybe some of the Mopar connected people should make sure that happens. With the amount of mopar racers old and new may make them realize how much of a money maker our sport can be for them.

Yes he has been to a NHRA race... I met him in Allen and Roy Johnson's pit either last year or the year before.. I can't remember.. Revonda Johnson introduced my wife and I to him... Seemed like a very nice guy and was interested in our race car and how we were doing...

I've worked with Ralph on several programs during my Viper/Mopar time. He is a real car guy and likes the V10 rides the most.
