What is the cut off date for horsepower adjustment to be requested? Tom

I am sure I saw that the cutoff was November 27. Last year the updates
were published December 16th

I always thought it was exactly one day before you mail/email your request....

I believe it was two weeks before the start date of the last national event

The letter had to be in the Tuesday after the World Finals.

Usually is done late on the Friday afternoon just before they shut down for Christmas vacation. Gives everybody two weeks the get over the complaining.
