Closure on I-15
 

Walked out of the shop about half an hour ago, we're in downtown Los Angeles, and saw a large cloud of brown smoke in the east. The news came on and said that I-15 is closed in both directions at Devore due to a fire. All you racers coming down from Vegas to line up at Pomona better do it tomorrow morning. It doesn't look real good right now. Alternatives would be to go west on Hwy.58, Hwy. 18, or 138 to the 14 Freeway between Mojave and Palmdale, go south to the 5, S.on the 5 to the 210, and east on the 210 to Pomona. That would be about undoable in the late afternoon because of eastbound rush hour traffic. Hopefully, it will be out in time for Tuesday morning . Best wishes to all affected.

Well, the news said that the pass is open. It's really backed up,however.Good luck!!
