A Policeman was patrolling late at night off the main road when he sees a couple in a car, with the interior light on.

He carefully approaches the car to get a closer look. Then he sees a young man behind the wheel, reading a computer magazine and a young woman in the rear seat, filing her fingernails.

Puzzled by this surprising situation, the copper walks to the car and gently raps on the driver's window.

The young man lowers his window. "Uh, yes, Officer ?"

The Policeman asks: "What are you doing?"

The young man says: " I'm reading a magazine."

Pointing towards the young woman in the back seat the Policeman says: "And her, what is she doing ?"

The young man shrugs: "I think she's filing her nails."

Now, the Policeman is totally confused. A young couple, alone, in a car, late at night in a lover's lane... And nothing obscene is happening !

The copper asks "How old are you?"

"The young man says "I'm 22."

"'And her.... what's her age ? "


The young man looks at his watch and replies "She'll be 16 in 11 minutes...."

16 is the legal age of consent of many states and Canada. The following was copied from Wiki. I have had no practical knowledge as I cannot remember being 16 or 18.

I can tell you in 1986 when I was 18 this got you followed by the police officer to her home where her Master Guns Marine father wore you out for about 15 min then the officer followed you home where your mother wore you out for days for being follwed home by the police. LOL.

When I was 18 back in 73 on Long Island I almost wore it out on 16 year olds and although I never even thought about it at the time, the age of consent was 16 in NY. I was never the aggressor, the girls always knew exactly what they wanted, so much for innocent 16 year old girls.

The closest I have been to being a virgin since 15, was the times I was married.

Somehow the deep passion of desire when dating, always gave way to indifference, and even direct rejection of marriage.

Oh well...

No more of that marriage thing for me, until I am so old that I wont miss it anymore.
