Crimany! You would think with today's technology of 3-D printers, the internet, silicone boobs (that one keeps me centered)....that someone from NASA or something could develop a way to wrap an ice cream sandwich that comes off cleanly.

I have been eating them off and on for at least 40 years and have yet to eat one that is unbroken. I think the wrapping paper is made from Kevlar seconds and the glue is left over book binding adhesive.

Agree ! Another thing that is going to drive me to a stroke one day is the plastic "safety seals" on just about everything you purchase in a jar or pill bottle . You would think some company executive would notice there is no tab graspable by normal fingers , and take corrective measures .
The wife is always amazed at my ability to curse , blasheme and call into question the parentge (or many generations) of packaging engineers , (for 10 minutes , without repeating an expletive) every time she mistakenly asks me to open something .

I was doing pretty well on my diet, only 2 donuts today, and my wife did not know about them. I was sitting here wasting time on the web, cussing Evan Knoll because I never got any of his money, and looking at all of the cars I can not afford, and then you have to go and tallk about ICE CREAM!

I freeze mine in liquid nitrogen, the paper comes of easily but you can't eat the sandwich......still working on the theory but I know I'll make it work.

Maybe they ought to put them in those two piece plastic containers with the top welded on..The kind you have to use tin snips to open.
